Overview

Produced an agnostic AI payment-audit workflow processing 7,000+ bills per run, using rule-based prioritization to reduce false payer notifications from non-payable invoices.

What I did

The work

Architected VerteOffice, a reusable plugin-based spreadsheet engine in React and TypeScript, deployed across 4 internal modules, reducing workflows from 12 min to 2 min and recovering 55 hours/month.

Implemented real-time multi-user collaboration via WebSocket subscriptions in GraphQL with conflict resolution, enabling the full operations team to edit concurrently with 0% data loss.

Delivered 57 Jira tickets (12 new features, 45 hotfix) with a 100% PR acceptance rate (72/72 merged), contributing 158 commits to production and 170 to staging.
