Built a private HR app for Extruplásticos where the owner, HR, and managers track employees, fixed-term contracts, temp-agency assignments, and documents.

Flags contracts, renewal decisions, agency assignments, and documents as their deadlines approach, on the dashboard and in a daily email.

Sends each user's digest at 8 a.m. Bogotá time from a Cloudflare Workers cron through Resend, with one key per delivery so a retry never sends twice.

Enforces Colombia's fixed-term renewal limit (Labor Code art. 46) in Postgres, so the database refuses an extension that breaks it.

Put permissions in Postgres too: row-level security on all 14 tables and the document bucket, tested by running queries as each of the three roles.
